Shipping Methods
We currently ship within the continental United States using FedEx. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on item availability and warehouse location.
Weather Delays
To protect the health and safety of your aquatic animals, we may delay live shipments due to extreme temperatures or weather disruptions. If your order is affected, you’ll be notified via email with an updated ship date.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We stand by the health of our livestock and offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all overnight shipments delivered on time.

Include clear photos of the DOA livestock in sealed bags
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Guarantee is void if delivery is missed on the first attempt or if post-delivery care standards are not maintained
